What is a PAC?
A PAC (Port Authorisation Code) is a number you can give to your current provider that allows you to carry a number over from one network to another.
Why get delivery through a PAC?
Acquiring your new VIP mobile number through PAC allows you to skip the waiting time you would usually experience with traditional postage and also allows you to place the number onto your current services with any provider. Furthermore, this offers a sustainable alternative to traditional postage.
How would I activate a PAC?
There are several ways to activate your PAC, including calling the customer service of your current provider, filling in an online web form provided by your current network (depending on whether your network offers this) or when taking out a new contract online there is nearly always an option to input a PAC.
Am I eligible for a PAC delivery?
PAC deliveries are offered to all customers. All you need to do to acquire one, is to leave it within your special instruction at the point of purchase. At this point I will pick up the request and deliver the PAC to your Email within 12 hours maximum however this time frame is usually a lot shorter.

I’m always open to receive orders however dispatch times are usually 24 hours. The only exception is after 17:00 on a Saturday at which point Dispatch would be on the following Monday.
In some instances yes. If you are trying to return a physical product such as a SIM card or a mobile accessory, then we would ask that you cover the cost of shipping the product if there is nothing wrong with it.
This is why we strongly recommend delivery through PAC at the point of sale, it helps cut costs on both ends and allows for a much smoother transaction.
