What is a PAC?
A PAC (Port Authorisation Code) is a number you can give to your current provider that allows you to carry a number over from one network to another.
Why get delivery through a PAC?
Acquiring your new VIP mobile number through PAC allows you to skip the waiting time you would usually experience with traditional postage and also allows you to place the number onto your current services with any provider. Furthermore, this offers a sustainable alternative to traditional postage.
How would I activate a PAC?
There are several ways to activate your PAC, including calling the customer service of your current provider, filling in an online web form provided by your current network (depending on whether your network offers this) or when taking out a new contract online there is nearly always an option to input a PAC.
Am I eligible for a PAC delivery?
PAC deliveries are offered to all customers. All you need to do to acquire one, is to leave it within your special instruction at the point of purchase. At this point I will pick up the request and deliver the PAC to your Email within 12 hours maximum however this time frame is usually a lot shorter.

Can I return my product?
Yes! You absolutely can. The return period is within 30 days for all products. When it comes to refunds, we’ll process these immediately upon receipt of the product. If the product is returned, please ensure, it is still within its packaging as this will affect our ability to resell the item.
Does returning items cost anything?
In some instances yes. If you are trying to return a physical product such as a SIM card or a mobile accessory, then we would ask that you cover the cost of shipping the product for a return.
This is why we strongly recommend delivery through PAC at the point of sale, it helps cut costs on both ends and allows for a much smoother transaction.
Returns:
We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible so here is our simple yet comprehensive policy:
. All returns are valid within 30 days.
. In instances of buyers remorse we do ask that the customer burdens the cost of return shipping. However, if the item comes defective or not as described (not as it should) we will cover those costs for you.
. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
. Refunds! We would be more than happy to process your refund upon receipt of the sold item. The refund would be processed immediately on our end however due to banking timescales we must recommend that it can take between 3-5 working days to appear back into your account.
. Returns may only be made through the mail. We recommend tracked shipping to ensure you always know where the product is.
